We’d like to extend a warm welcome to two brand new additions to the Rent Jungle and Rainmaker teams. Our two newest developers are Dan Foley and Brian Coulter. Say hello!
Dan graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BS in computer science in 2002 and has been developing websites since then. Before joining us here at Rent Jungle, Dan was the lone programmer at SockDreams.com a multi-million dollar e-commerce site which specializes in, you guessed it, socks! Dan plays guitar, piano, and bass and before he dove headfirst into the world of technology, Dan was a musician and audio engineer. When he’s not working, Dan is spending time with his two daughters, wife, and dog and he’s an active volunteer in his community. He coaches soccer and basketball, is a member of Brentwood’s 4th of July planning committee, and he helps out Handmade Arcade with all of its technological needs.
Dan is already hard at work with our back-end team improving the user experience for our renters and self-sign up property owners.
Brian graduated from Penn State University with degrees in Physics and Nuclear Engineering. Before Brian came to us at Rent Jungle, he worked with Westinghouse Electric Company developing reactor monitoring software. In his free time, Brian enjoys participating in a number of local sports leagues including softball, volleyball, and ultimate frisbee. Brian also enjoys rock climbing and improv comedy so we’ll see if we can convince him to tell us a couple of jokes! Brian will be joining the Rent Jungle and Insights back end team and is currently working on automatically gathering reviews for the multifamily experience and to add data to Rainmaker Insights. Next, he’ll move on to helping gaming and hospitality with their review requirements.
We’re so glad to have both Brian and Dan join us here at Rent Jungle and Rainmaker and we know they’re great additions to our already fabulous team!

The Rainmaker team recently had the pleasure of attending the NAA Education Conference and Exposition to represent us here at Rent Jungle. Jetting off to sunny San Francisco, CA, they got to show off Rainmaker as a leading revenue management solution, even moderating a session titled Data, Data, Data: What’s the Right Data for My Community?. Not to mention, singing the praises of Rent Jungle and its ability to help users find what they’re looking for in the apartment rental realm.
It’s hard to believe that the NAA Education Conference and Exposition is already over but already anticipation is building for next year’s conference in Atlanta, GA! See you there!

As most of you know, Rent Jungle is one of the leading online search engines for rental housing. We strive to provide a simple, pain-free way of finding all rental housing listings in one place. Without our team, we wouldn’t be able to achieve this goal. We are very proud and excited, here at Rent Jungle, to have two new members of that team: Amanda Bock and Lisa Viator.
Amanda joined Rent Jungle in December as the Customer Success Analyst. Back in 2009 she graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in French and Italian. She went back to Pitt and got her MA in Italian Literature in 2013. She also studied Interior Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. For the past two years, Amanda has worked on improving user experience on Google Shopping for Google Pittsburgh. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and watching spy shows.
Marcel and Sophie, Amanda’s dogs, are also a happy members of our team. In their free time, they enjoys walks, belly rubs, and eating treats.
Lisa joined the Rent Jungle team in March as a member of our sales team. She focuses mainly in our Atlanta market but also works in other East Coast territories. Lisa has been in the multifamily industry for over 25 years. She has held various positions in property management including on site, marketing, training, and on a corporate level at First Communities. Lisa worked at For Rent for the Atlanta Market and worked on the national team to launch the Savannah and Charleston markets. She is active in the Atlanta market outside of work as well. She belongs to numerous committees for the Atlanta Apartment Association and Georgia Apartment Industry Education Fund. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her two grand kids, Lily and Tatum, who both call her Gigi (she’s too cool to be called Grandma).
If you have a chance to visit the Rent Jungle offices, don’t forget to stop by and say hello to Amanda, Marcel, Lisa, and the rest of the team! And be sure to follow the Rent Jungle blog for the most up-to-date company news and developments!
